Forwards Taylor Trapp, Daniel Toycen and defensemen Matt Wolter, Jared Bromberg – along with head coach Ryan Egan – are heading to the 2016 NA3HL Top Prospects Tournament set to take place at the USA Hockey Arena in Plymouth, MI.

Trapp has appeared in 16 total games this season with the Freeze after a stint with the Coulee Region Chill in the NAHL.  Through those 16 games he has five goals and nine assists.

Toycen has appeared in 27 games this season while battling an injury in the first half of the season.  Toycen has 12 goals and is tied for 3rd on the team with 15 assists.

Like Toycen, Wolter has appeared in 27 games this season.  The former collegiate football player turned junior hockey defenseman has contributed six goals and nine assists this season for the 4th highest +/- (+12) on the team.

Bromberg has been a leader for the Freeze this season and it's evident with his on-ice production.  His 21 assists lead the team, and a combination of eight goals contributes to his team-leading 29 points.  He has the 3rd highest +/- on the team at +13.

Joining the boys in Michigan will be Freeze head coach Ryan Egan.  Egan will be an assistant coach alongside Todd Sanden, head coach of the North Iowa Bulls, for the Central team.  He's led La Crosse to a 23-10 record this season and already clinched a playoff spot in the Central division.

Congrats to the players as well as coach Egan, and good luck at the tournament!
