The Freeze recorded a shutout against the Jr. Blues 5-0 in home game

Blake Bjella posted a shutout, stopping all 21 of the La Crosse Freeze shots throughout the game. The St. Louis Jr. Blues took the lead before the halfway point in the first on a goal from Daniel Dunaway and never looked back.

Daniel Dunaway had no trouble finding the scoresheet, adding 2 points (1 goal, 1 assist) and Will Baginski contributed with 2 points (1 goal, 1 assist).

In the first period, Dunaway opened the scoring for St. Louis with what turned out to be the game winning goal at 6:11 with helpers from his linemates, Monreal and Jones.

In the second, Capkovic deposited a goal at 7:13 with helpers from his teammates Dunaway and Monreal.

During the third, Winter scored a goal at 10:06 with an assist from fellow Jr. Blues forward Baginski. Baginski netted a goal at 14:10 with a helper from Marshall. Hatton put in a goal at 18:58 with an assist from his linemate Papa.

This loss brings the La Crosse Freeze’s record to (4-1-0-0).
